Canon fact! Starfire is the only person Robin will let himself cry in front of. It happens in the Teen Titans Go! comic. ...And okay, so I made him cry in front of Bruce in that other fic, but Bruce and Alfred must have seen him cry lots of times since his parents died and he moved in with them when he was just a wee Robin chick, before he got all seriousface.
I need to stop making Robin cry.
Anyway! So glad you enjoyed all the poignant emotional stuff. THIS FIC IS SO FREAKING DEPRESSING. I have to keep reminding myself it will get better, it's just going to take so freaking long to get there.
And yeah, <3 Dick and Clark... that's a canon relationship I've always loved. I'm having fun reinventing it with this more serious version of Dick.
