My dreams are so meta. I just had several dreams that were about dreams that were, like, sequels to other dreams. Wtf brain.

I really do not appreciate the ones that are about those alien ship/house-destroying infections, kthx. Those are gross and upsetting.

Of course, then there are the dreams about REI store locations relative to state politics. Idek.

I had a dream last night involving multiple scene shifts, a rotating cast of characters, being chased, flirtation, romance--and all in the pursuit of a working wi-fi connection. (And even in the dream, as I was waiting for pages to load and trying to work ancient computing devices, I kept thinking, "This is always the theme of my dreams! Trying to accomplish something that's just out of reach, and it's taking forever!" Meta? Who, me? :P)

I am a nerd even in my dreams! :P (Glad to see you are, too. Just more proof that it was Meant To Be!)

The only saving grace of last night is I got to hang out with Hughes part of the time. Which wasn't terribly surprising, I guess, since the last thing I did before sleeping was watch FMA ep 25. /FMA geekery

I'm not usually aware that I'm dreaming at the time, but that taking forever trying to accomplish something that's just out of reach thing... yeah, get those dreams a lot.

Yes. I like it. It's nice. :3 It helped me to quickly get over my initial feelings of "It's a PSA this week isn't it OF COURSE IT IS GOD DAMMIT FREAKING COCKTEASE ARGH."

And anyway... next week is probably going to be back to Blood Gulch. Which is fun, but yeah... I have a feeling the current mission for PFL is going to last the rest of the season. Burnie had better do several more years of Freelancer stuff at this rate since he's barely even touched most of the things we really really want to know about!

I think my mother was trying to point out how there were no REIs in Republican states, which is patently untrue, and I think even in the dream I was pointing out exceptions (Idaho, apparently)... I have no idea why this was important.

But STRANGE COINCIDENCE! Maybe it was all a metaphor and I was really dreaming about you.

Seriously, though, they so are! Idek wtf is up with brains... every now and then I go to my 'dream' tag and reread my entries and become afraid of my brain all over again.

I had a long and complicated dream last night which included armies of zombies, life switching to a video game and back again, magical control over other peoples' dreams... and as soon as it was over, it repeated itself, with me as an observer instead of a participant. I remember noting some clever foreshadowing which I'm missed the first time around, and congratulating myself for being so clever :).
