zolac_no_miko"I'll Be Yours (A Love Story)" is a DC Alternate Universe fic based on post-Crisis stories in Batman and related comics titles. You know the joke about little Timothy Drake being a freaky creeper and stalking the Batfamily and being obsessed with Dick Grayson? Yeah, this would be that, minus the joke part, and plus as much creep-factor as I can squish into it.
This story is rated very M (Mature) for mental illness, the recreational killing of animals, murder, violence, blood, severed body parts, discussion of sexuality in minors, etc, etc; in short, AU!Timmy is not your friend. The story is dark and creepy and fucked up. It's slash, of a sort, in that little Timmy is madly in love/creepily obsessed with Dick Grayson.
A great deal of inspiration for this fic comes from Nightwing: Year One and "A Lonely Time of Dying" in Batman and Teen Titans. A great deal more inspiration comes from music, especially "Angel" by Massive Attack. The title comes from "I'll Be Yours" by Placebo, another inspiration. There are many others; check out the official soundtrack below!

Date: 2011-02-25 04:49 pm (UTC)I'm pretty damn proud of this soundtrack, actually. I've got the song order all worked out, and, and. THERE ARE B-SIDES because I am a nerd like that. I need to write faster, dammit, so I can post this thing already. ...You do know it will be creepy as fuck, right?
