Happy Meat Day!
Feb. 9th, 2009 08:12 amToday is Meat Day! Not to be confused with International Meat Day, a holiday celebrated by other people on May 22nd. No, today is the special holiday beloved of my myself and a few close friends, held in commemoration of Sig and Izumi Curtis' butcher shop and our own love of meat. We plan to have a little get-together to complete our awesome weekend of tasty foods (we've just had Christmas in February, and Middling Tea)... a potluck in which we'll bring together a few tasty meat dishes.
