zolac_no_mikoEvery Freelancer-centric episode is a nerdgasm greater than the last. I lost track of how many times I watched episode fifteen. I have the distinct impression this is going to happen again.
This is why I love Mondays.

This is also why I love Mondays.
THIS EPISODE. SO EXCELLENT. See, this is everything I love about this show. This episode was over-the-top excessive stupid ridiculous, and there was high-speed driving and Steve wasn't wearing a shirt and people got punched and there were gratuitous references to island culture and the script was terrible and Danny was an anxious wife AND I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE PUNCHING ANYONE IN THE FACE FOR A CHANGE.
My only beefs are:
-WHHHHHHHHYYYYY would they ruin a Wo Fat fight scene with a bunch of shaky cam and inappropriate zoom, that is a criminal waste of Mark Dacascos' talents, have you seen the man fight, he is grace and beauty and sex, if anything he is a martial artist first and an actor second and why would you take that away from me WHY.
-Kono WHAT ARE YOU WEARING.
...Anyway. I love that they keep feeding all of the pidgin lines to DDK because he's the only one who can hack it. I love the gratuitous fan service asldhgskgjasgkslaghnggh AOL what even are you. I love the way Lori puts her hair up in a tight, neat little bun whenever it's ass-kicking time. And. Did I mention anxious wife Danny? He is such an anxious wife. AND HE IS SUCH A GOOD EGG OMG HIM AND THAT KID. TT_TT
Also Joe White's totally evil, right? He is. Totally evil. Right? Totally.
I AM GLAD I CAN LOVE MONDAYS UNRESERVEDLY AGAIN.
